At Tranquil Wicks, giving back to the community is at the heart of everything we do. As a lifelong New Yorker and proud Bushwick, Brooklyn resident, I’ve always believed in uplifting those around me, whether through my work as a special education teacher or as the founder of this candle company. One of my most rewarding experiences was volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, where I had the privilege of mentoring a young person and witnessing firsthand the incredible impact a little guidance and encouragement can have. I bring that same spirit of support to Tranquil Wicks, using my background in marketing and entrepreneurship to help mold the next generation of business leaders. Our mission goes beyond just making candles; it’s about fostering peace, empowerment, and opportunity for everyone in our community.
