Welcome to Tranquil Wicks! We are so glad you are here. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website (tranquilwicksllc.com) and the purchase of our handcrafted products. By using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, we will miss you, but please stop using the site.

ABOUT US

Tranquil Wicks LLC is based in the heart of Brooklyn, NY. We create hand-poured soy candles and other home fragrance products designed to bring a little more peace into your life.

PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

When you buy from us, you’re agreeing to pay the listed price and any applicable shipping or taxes.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
All payments are processed securely in U.S. Dollars.
(Note: We do not currently offer recurring subscription services.)

PRODUCTS & CUSTOM ORDERS

We do our best to show you exactly what our candles look like through our photos, but since everything is handmade in small batches, there may be slight variations in color or texture but that is part of the rustic charm! Custom orders are final sale.

CANDLE SAFETY & PROPER USE

Because our products involve an open flame, safety is our top priority. By purchasing a Tranquil Wicks candle, you agree to follow the safety instructions included with your order, including:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable objects.
Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before every lighting.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Tranquil Wicks LLC is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the misuse of our products or failure to follow these safety guidelines.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your scent! If your order arrives damaged, email us at WeCare@TranquilWicksLLC.com within 30 days.

Items must be in new, unused condition (original packaging).
We cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit.
Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.

USER CONTRIBUTIONS & REVIEWS

We love hearing from our community! If you leave a review or post a photo, you grant us permission to use that content to promote Tranquil Wicks. Please keep reviews honest, respectful, and based on your actual experience.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the content on this site (photos, logos, and our unique "Tranquil Vibe") belongs to Tranquil Wicks LLC. Please don’t use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Tranquil Wicks LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
