Which payment methods do you accept?

We take cash, credit, Venmo, and Cash App.

Do you offer gift cards?

At the moment we do not offer Gift Cards.  We are working on it and hope to roll this out in the fall of 2022

What is your return policy?

At Tranquil Wicks, our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their candles.  If your order is received damage or unusable, please contact us at WeCare@TranquilWicksLLC.com . We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.

To receive a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with original packaging and accessories.  We will NOT accept any returns of candles that have been lit.


Refunds:

We will notify you if your refund has been approved or declined once your return is received and inspected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

Missing or Late Refunds:

Please contact your bank/credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If your bank/credit card company is unable to assist you, please contact us at WeCare@TranquilWicksLLC.com


Sale Items: 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges:

Exchanges will be made only for damage or defective items.
